USPS does pretty dam good considering they take up the slack of all other carriers.

Usps tracking works great and I always know where my package is. Whether sending or receiving USPS Tracking sends me notifications and no stress!

I am highly pissed I've paid $133 to have my package shipped overnight it should have gotten here yesterday at 6:00pm I've still not gotten anything and now it's saying that the package will be delivered tomorrow which will be 2whole days later than I paid for and I'm more than sure that my item will be ruined. Never again will I use this service nor will I recommend anyone else to do so

Just sent 10 pkgs priority mail and all 10 arrived on time quoted with 4 arriving earlier. Have always had great service thru USPS.

I have always loved the post office. Most people are friendly and helpful. Last week I mailed my package priority mail because the postal worker said it be delivered by Friday. It will not be there before Monday. I could have overnighter it if the person was honest. Now my sweet granddaughter will receive her gift late. I will no longer trust the usps to be responsible for boxes. I will still buy stamps and mail letters. I always thought it best to support usps and not let fedex and ups take over but buttom line is they deliver on time. So disappointed in the usps.

One package made it to Ohio in the two days. The other package is taking a road trip. Paid extra for priority mail and that means nothing these days. Not overly pleased.

Certified mail runs very smoothly. Mailed on wed.Arrived on sat. Tracking kept me informed the whole way.Good on you,USPS

I have been using USPS for most of my local and international services and never failed me in any way shape or form. Beyond reliable!!! My gratitude to all the staff serving us. You all are the best!!!

I sent my package last wednesday and the receipt showed delivery friday. Now Saturday not yet delivered. I send another package last thursday it arrived today. So annoying or was it lost? I forgot to buy insurance for it. The 1st time encountered this delayed delivery or whatever.

Never picked up my scheduled packages. Waited from 7am to 9pm.

Paid for priority mail. Why is my package going from East TX to Memphis, TN when its ultimate destination is Southern California? It seems like a waste of time to send it in opposite direction!

I am curious why it would take 13 days for a card to be delivered to an address in the same state as it was mailed from? I paid for postage on my daughters birthday card at the Jackson, Wyoming post office and watched the clerk put the postage on, mailed on 10/14/22. It arrived at her address in Laramie Wyoming on 10/27/22. Receipt # 840-58000581-2-6819083-1

Too complicated. Too difficult to navigate. Not an improvement over previous system.
