2nd time in 7 weeks the USPS can’t get a certified letter too it’s destination on time, first time it took 8 days to go to the next town over. This time sent from the same city to a PO Box in the exact same city, 4 days and counting. Sent it Certified also, so I could track it. How can they be this bad forever? They Postal Service always wants more money, they are terrible, absolutely terrible with one speed……slowwwww!

I received a notice that my package was delivered. I looked in my mailbox and all around my house and there is no package. This is not the first time.

Very Very disappointed. They got my package to my town. Then said undeliverable, moved and left no forwarding address. Been living here the last 4 years. Very disappointed.

3 parcels in 2 weeks...all 3 arrived in 2 days !!! Thank you United States Postal Service!!!

The worst customer service ever in this world! I sent documents priority express and the envelope suppose to reach destination in 4-5 days. After 9 days I went to see what is going on because the tracking number was showing that it is still in Los Angeles. After waiting for a rude , ignorant Supervizor for 30 more minutes she come with an attitude what’s going on! I told the story with my envelope, tracking number and she found out that the envelope was going from Carson to Los Angeles in the same time( which was strange) and the Custom can hold how many days they want. I told her that it is ce not priority mail and very rude she replay “ you need to have patience and you don’t understand “! I m a very educated lady and I believe this Supervizor doesn’t feet the position. You never challenge a customer, try to put them down, and I felt that she is racism . I left the post office furious and the problem was not solve!

Poor service. Unprofessional staff.

My son sent a package priority 10/19/22 I received it today 10/28/22! Jersey City, New Jersey, to Scotts Valley, California There’s a missing Link somewhere !

Everyone act like they don't want to work and the customer is bothering them. The post office used to one of the top services in the US. Now probably one of the worst. Send a letter on the 18th. First class. 10/18/22..10/28/22. Letter showing in Transit I send 2 letters. The other letter going to Kentucky has already arrived. Annapolis Maryland still in transit. From DC.

I sent a mail via priority express on Tuesday 25th October, I was told it would get there Wednesday 26th, I can’t believe my mail is still on transit today Friday 28th October

Trash service overall, late delivery date keeps gettin pushed back.. and why does my package have to sit 30 min away for 2-3 days thats dumb....
