I am very disappointed with your services. I send an express immigration file to Cameroon. The guy at the service desk promised this file was going to reach within 3 to 5 business day. It's been two weeks now and this file is still hanging at the custom in New York. I'm frustrated right now preparing another file just to scan the documents instead of the originals that where needed just so that my son should not miss his visa appointment. This is so bad!!

Always late.Missing stuff .always one person at USPS in casselbery where i must go offen,so it takes long time in line. Bad. Bad. Bad.

My priority package for So Cal is in Sacramento… lost?

It is October 24 and my time sensitive certified letter i mailed on Sept 29 is still missing. So angry I could spit nails. This really is inexcusable. And the rates continue t rise an nothing we can do about it. I had to redo everything and go to Fed ex and UPS for help getting what I need. Again if there was a negative rating they would get a minus 10.

Almost all my packages have always got there on time

I am not pleased I have had a package sitting in Colorado for the past week and a half.

Update is 2days after I shipped! 6 days later is it stuck in Chicago?!

My friend from Indiana sent me a package over night and paid the money to send it that way and that was Friday and it's Monday and I guess it will be here on Tuesday very unsatisfied

Never had any problem with the Post Office no matter where I lived. Always helpful.

Were is my package

This has to be one of the slowest mailing system I've ever tried poor customer service I shipped a package from NY to FL from the 13 of Oct and I've yet to receive my package and no one can tell me anything about my package

USPS is, & has been the best delivery service in my town since I can remember, UPS is a second place , with FedEx in 3rd. I've had 1 order "lost in shipment" & believe that it was never sent by seller. Our local workers are on their game. Thank You all.

Sent a package on Tuesday the 11th and was told that it would arrive on Friday the 14th. It has been 12 days and no one knows where it is. We can’t get any information as to where it is. We made a scrapbook for our granddaughter for her 18th birthday which has come and gone!!! I wish someone would help us find it.
