All ten of my packages were received the next day, wonderful!

Orders 2 small packages on 8th and haven't received them yet. People should use FedEx more or strictly.

Only get my mail delivered a couple times a week. Drivers do lazy they cram packages inside mailbox rather than getting off their a$$ and bringing it to the door.

Always people with a smile, fast and friendly service. Always able to answer questions.

I have sent an Mail for USCIS in the same city on 9th of October and now it’s 21st of October and haven’t received yet, such a bad services it’s.

Completely not satisfied with this service.13 days passed but no messages in tracking

By this is the worst courier i have ever had. They dont have any updates with your parcel and package reaches you really late. Please improve your services guys!

Sent a priority mail from sacramento to New York on 10/13, and it should arrive before 10/18. I checked on 10/20 and found the mail is still in sacramento area. Too much delay

Apparently someone ripped open the package removed the contents the usps resealed the package and delivered an empty envelope. Then when you attempt to find out what happened you get robo call runaround.

Package delivered to an address on SE 1st Ave in Williston vs my address on NE 63rd Pl. Not even close!

Medicine by Mail expected "5" separate meds in parcel RECEIVED "2" CALLED PHARMACY ALL WERE SENT "2" DELIVERED. IS THERE A CHANCE PARCEL REMAIN IN TRUCK? OR WILL BE DELIVERED LATER TODAY?? THIS IS YOUR ERROR NOT MINE SO I WILL NOT PAY FOR FURTHER TRACKING. I AM A WIDOW ON SINGLE SSI INCOME NO EXTRA FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THIS STUFF. Still.waiting for an envelope to be delivered to Trenton nj apparently it hasn't moved since last Friday I could've driven there to deliver it faster. I mailed it certified mail on Oct 11,22. The one that went to Kentucky got there faster. My package just going east to west in state.

Very disappointed. Package delayed more than Seven days.

Very poor service takes forever and there fees are just crazy for the long wait.......

Send a certified mail to be shipped in the same city. Today is Wednesday and still has not arrived.
