Been waiting on a small envelope and should have been here on Oct 15th . Not sure why it’s in Salt Lake City Utah!!!!! Your postal service is the worst!!!!!

I order my items from September 23,2022 and today is October 18,2022 and my items was setting up for almost 3weeks at y'all office...This is terrible and it shouldn't be this long... Y'all are the worst

I missing my item My package still Chicago until last 3 months I called several times, but all they said was to wait It was really awkward and unfriendly.

This site is ok...it just takes too long for updates. I ordered 3 wigs and they are taking forever that I miss the event I ordered them for and still no date or update on my when I get it. Just the same thing in transit.

Can’t joint customer services. No phone Numbers and the chat is a robot trying to make you pay for services. The location of the package isn’t real.

Not happy at all with delivery service or should I say lack of delivery service. It's a shame the postal service can't be trusted or relied on these days.

Give service a zero actually. Electronic receipt show absolutely nothing, no signature no photo copy of delivery receipt ad agent said. Paid 12.95 for NOTHING. And it was very important that I have the signed for receipt.

Why is my package sitting in your system for 2 weeks in the same city?????
