It is the bad service in the world! the people who work there mistreat the customers, they never know anything! Priority mail is useless, everything is delayed at any time of the year! we are hostages of a bad quality. There are so many bad reviews and they don't try to improve!

Never arrived at the time! I payed around $70 tô send a envelope to Brazil the fast way 3-5 days, today is a 9 business day and is so far yet! I’m really sad! It was serious docs.

My package went from lima Ohio to Columbus Ohio then to Florida instead of making a 20 mile trip from lima to my home. Ridiculous.

Paid 18 bucks to send posters to Florida almost two weeks later and still hasn't arrived terrible service and complete ripoff

No date delivery and trying to make me pay

I am still waiting for my time sensitive certified letter to be delivered. When I called our local post office they have no more ways to track it than we do online. I was told to "have a good day"". I had called the government office it was going to and faxed the letter. In the meantime all my info is out there somewhere. How sad the postal service is so cavalier about their jobs. Would love to give them a negative star of minus 10

Package arrived at Jax Network Dist Center October 2 2022 using Priority Mail. Today is October 12th and still in transit ? arriving late. Priority Mail....makes no sense what are these people doing?

They are beyond pathetic nowadays.Sent a very important check priority mail and they lost it at a distribution mailing center.And not first time this has happened.
