Wed,oct 5 sent my Grandson a package ,paid extra for priority mail and extra insurance ,this is sunday and still no package was delivered ! It went from willard mo to springfield mo then to KC mo ( why) and now it's back in springfield ,and its suppose to go to Joplin mo ,and now I am worried because the Joplin post office ,destroys packages and mail ! What is wrong with the post office it's like they don't care any more !

Worst service it's been sitting in facility for three days.ive had this problem before covid hit so don't blame it on under staffing .

Horrible service. Anything I send through USPS takes at least 10 days to arrive. This is causing me a lot of problems. Guess I'll go back to UPS.

My package was sent to the wrong address, it supposed to arrive in Cagua, Puerto Rico and it was sent to California. WHY! and nobody can help I went to the post office n they just told me to wait.?

i sent my docs via priority mail on Sept 8. it was supposed to be delivered within 3-10 days . it is oct 8 and the recipient has not receive it yet.what’ going on with your setvice?

Why would Amazon send an order for next day delivery through USPS when postal service has stated all packages are being held for at least 5 days?

I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting nothing but excuses for my mail at what point did you quit lying to the customer not a happy customer

You really made an intentional mess. The package did not arrive and a representative told me due to a code error if the city is fine, my address should be sent and now I see they did nothing

The package was sent everywhere and never arrived in my city. Verify the Uruguayan and Bridgeport mail is correct, they only made a mistake in the code. It cannot be that this happens.
