USPS tracking is horrible. USPS does not update tracking information. It is aggravating not knowing where a package you are expecting is after two months since it was shipped.

No updates, package late 2 days now and I still haven’t received it, zero urgency on getting people their packages

No package/parcel should not take more than 24 hours to be processed through the system in one regional area facility.

My package went back and forth between the East and west coast four times before it was finally delivered 35 days later. So glad I spent $20 for that efficiency

Package arrives by ups to south bend the final destination. Post office takes to chicago and then indianapolis and its now a week later. Morons must be doing the logistics .

I live in a mobile home and my package was which could easily get picked up by somebody else luckily I was home and heard him pull up and I checked the site and it said that he placed my package by the front door I just had a lot of expensive things in the package and I don't appreciate it being placed on my front door and it's open there's no gate there's no fence it's just 20 steps from the driveway

Had a very important letter that needed to get from MA to PA. I paid for overnight delivery on a Monday morning and it didn’t reach the destination until WEDNESDAY! Isn’t that 2 DAYS! Not good!

I sent my son a small package with a cell phone and a few other items.. the phone was wrapped in bubble wrap envelope in the box.. when receiving package the phone had a broken screen… totally ruined..
