Gives no recent update

A send a parcel up till now still not arrive at the destination I don’t know the post office is very slow don’t know why up till now

Incompetence at the highest level delivers my mail to the neighbors. House number is in 5 places on the property. Ridiculous!

It take weeks to receive a mail which by other shipping agencies take maximum 3 days.

I love how usps show the packages I'm the map easy to track transparent and efficient can't wait for the delivery

Mailed a package to Nigeria on Aug 13, 2022. When you check the tracking number, it doesn't give anymore than to Aug 31, 2022. Customer service was called. They said it left country on Aug 31st, but no updated information. I think I am entitled to an update. Please have your couriers update every stop and go so packages can be tracked.

I sent a very special package to my cousin in NC. I sent it priority mail with a return signature card, it was supposed to be there 10/1 and here it is 10/3 and package still not delivered. I have been sitting on pins and needles. I paid extra to get it to him fast. I am SO disappointed and I can't sleep and my nerves are on edge.

My priority package to Malta was shipped on 9/14. It was supposed to arrive at urs final destination Malta by 9/24=at the latest and still has not arrived. This is unacceptable and very poor service . I hope to get a response from a USPS supervisor

Horrible service, delivered mail to the neighbors and my house number is marked in 5 places. Seriously incompetent.

The package arrived when it was supposed to!! And I love the fact that when I ship a package I can track it

Mail is never on time. Packages in this neighborhood are routinely delivered to the wrong address.

Its after 5pm and usps has not gave me any information on where my package is or anything at all.. USPS service needs to do something right

I applaud the US Postal Service. Their Flat Rate shipping pricing cannot be beat. It has been rare that I have had delays in deliveries, more often packages have arrived before the expected date. Postal emploee staff at the U.S. Post Office and residential servive has been friendly and extremely helpful. I will continue to use the U.S. Postal Service as my primary resource for mail services.

Idk what I was *supposed* to recieve, but what I got was an envelope full of air. No way of finding out what was supposed to be in the envelope either. Unless I'm missing something. I'd leave the same amount of stars for each item I recieved but I can't leave a 0.
