I sent my brother a birthday day card, it said it was delivered but he never received the card in the mail.

Package been on Jersey sense 2nd this month. When look at tracking it says Grand Prairie Texas….

We might as well bring back the pony express... I'm tracking my package, it's been sitting in the same place for over 3 days.. I've been waiting 11 days total! SMH #DoBetter

They have no idea where my package is. Last spotted in Miami on August 31st and no updates since. It’s September 20th

My package was sent on August 29th 2022, it is now sept 21and I still have not received my package. Last KNOWN facility was Miami on August 31st, since then it has shown “In transit to next facility” (well what facility and where?) from sept 1st to the 4th and no updates whatsoever since September 4th. I am not happy at all.

Sorry, but the USPS isn't what it used to be. They want more money to send packages and less customer service for it.

MY GRANDFATHER WORKED IN THE POST OFFICE FOR OVER 30 YEARS. AND TODAYS POST OFFICE ISNT ANYWERE LIKE IT USED TO BE!

I sent a package since on the 3rd September 2022 and my package has been on custom transit since 10th sept till date dont know when it will get to it destination usps

I thought they were great right on time actually even a little bit before they were supposed to be there. Great service!! ?

Never deliver packages on time or even when they say they did.
