Delivered when expected. People try and compare USPS service to other overnight carriers, but at least you get to interact with them. It's not a ring the doorbell and leave your package at your get while standing at the door.

I’ve seen the estimated delivery date change 3 times now and it still hasn’t moved from the state it was shipping from so I’m assuming by end of today it’ll be the same spot and date pushed back again.

My sister send my package on Tuesday with a two day delivery. Here it is Saturday I still do not have it. I should of had it Friday. It’s pretty sad that the post office cannot deliver on the day it was suppose to deliver it on especially since she paid the two day delivery fee. She cannot get her money back on it either unless it was a priority delivery. Very disappointed in the post office.

Worthless postal service. A package with legal documents that I needed bey Friday. But you choose to pass it off to another service to deliver so now im5 days getting my pkg that should have taken only two days!!!!!

I ordered a package The package says that it arrived at the Post Office and that I have till September 21st to pick up the package I go into the Sag Harbor New York Post office My package is nowhere to be found After going back-and-forth for 30 minutes with the rudest tellers on the planet. None of them can locate the package and they barely even tried to look.... After 30 minutes I come back and they tell me they have no record of the package Then they tell me oh wait, I saw that package it was in the back room that was returned I say why wasn't returned it says I have to September 21st to pick this item up and today Is is only September 16th So I say who can I contact to stop the package from going back, They tell me they don't know where it is I say how do you not know where it is if you sent it back Who did you send it back to They said I would have to contact the company that sold it to me. I said according to the company that sold it to me and the tracking number I provided it's delivered to Sag Harbor, As far as the vendors concerned the package was delivered to the United States Postal Service The postal service should know where my package is I am not sure why the major decline in USPS I am not sure I am not sure what is happening in this company. There are several people making the same complaints as me. I don't want to complain I just want my package. If the United States Postal Service can't even get a package to you and track the package that they received..... Then what good are they. The only thing I receive in my mail 90% of the time is a bunch of junk mail. Hundreds of pounds of useless mail no one wants. That's besides the point This company has company has been declining for the last 5 years. United States postal services trying to blame the vendor. When they need to assume responsibility find my package. Or they should be compensating me for my time trying to locate a package they lost. I know, Accountability is in the thing here in America anymore. I would like you to take full responsibility for the package you decided to send back 5 days early. My name is on the package and they deliver here for decades I also have a PO Box I really don't like complaining, But this is so ridiculous, unacceptable... I know mistakes happen, But instead of trying to help me rectify the mistakes you guys pass the buck. Cost me money, Have been rude.... I have been nothing but patient and kind trying to find out where the packages and understanding I'm not one of these entitled Rude people that I know sometimes you may deal with. And there is no excuse for you or your workers to be rude and obnoxious to your customers. Accept responsibility Start firing the incompetent Thank you

Terrible! I sent a package to the UK on August 6th, it is now September 17th and it has still not been delivered. Been sitting in customs since August 18th. Not Happy!

I cannot believe I asked for 2 days delivery and the package picked up 9/14/22 and this is 3 days and it's still in Florida. I guess it will reach NJ next year this time. Plus it will be a waste of time since there are perishable items in the package. Thanks USPS for wasting my money and time. Unreliable.
