Augustin always greets with a smile and Juan Carlos is kind and greets me by name as I am a regular there. They are both always patient with me as I am usually disorganized while shipping several packages. Always good vibes at this location

I have been waiting one month for my package and it is still not here. The company sent me a replacement after 3 weeks and said that would take 5 days...still not here. The post office says this is not their tracking number and directed me to UPS, which told me it is not their tracking number, that it is a USPS tracking number. The company verified for me yesterday they are only using USPS, not UPS. Still, no package. I like some people who work there, and they are usually friendly, but I have had the worst service from the post office. Worst thing is, you can't complain because they have complete control over your mail and not all employees are vetted to make sure they are professional and won't take some petty revenge for the complaint. Not like in the old days where federal employees took an oath and if they were unprofessional they were fired. At your mercy. I just want my package. Please.

Missouri to Ohio by way of denver Colorado. 3 days late. No wonder the postal service is broke

I’ve been waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, I still haven’t got it.

Up till now have not got my parcel I sent and don’t even know where the parcel is now

USPS is terrible with tracking and delivering packages, you're awful.

Awful service I mailed a package on Winston Salem on a Tuesday package went to Greensboro and after that ended up in Alabama family member still has not received their meds package was going to Eden NC and should have arrived within 2 days

I usually get packages shipped through the major delivery companies and they give faulty info !so far usps has showed me upto date info and my package is arriving 2 days earlier than expected!!keep up the great work usps!!!!

This is the 3rd priority mail package that. I've paid extra for that USPS has sent to wrong facilities. Today is 7 days and it's still days away because of their mishandling. Let me also sau it's a US to US route. It's no wander they are going broke. Then they want more money, what a joke

I sent my letter priority mail. It was supposed to take 3 days to arrive. It’s been 6 days and counting. Our national postal system is a joke!

It was easy to track and is more complicated to use. Pkg is still sitting where it was on Wed.

USPS routinely routes BILLIONS of parcels and letter mail. Frankly I'm grateful for their service for all the years I've been alive. If you've been inconvenienced a time or two, or late delivery times, get over yourself! Thanks postal service workers.

Mail service is horrible has been since BEFORE pandemic! Our mail gets stuck at Memphis Dist Center since the moved us from Tupelo, absolute NIGHTMARE! You are ruining my business! Amory post office is WONDERFUL! Move us back to Tupelo MS!!! Please.
