I mailed package from North Dakota on Tuesday priority express / 1-day. Guaranteed delivery Wednesday by 6:00 pm. Last update yesterday 8:53 at destination facility in Fort Lauderdale 33310. And it's going to Hialeah. But apparently vanished at Fort Lauderdale. Haven't had an update since. Am super upset. Pay money for next day delivery because priority express always gets delivered. What a bunch of BULL!!

Paid for 2 day delivery. A week later it is still not delivered. A 6 year old is awaiting his Birthday gift.very unhappy!!!!!!’!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I am not happy my package is sitting in Chicago for three days why?

I had good service at my branch and delivery was within the two day scheduled time. I hope we will always have a postal service in the U.S., it is a privilege and we should be thankful.

My package is still sitting in Florida after sent 13 days ago.

I didn’t receive my package and I got no notice about it!

Ordered a cross from Northampton PA to Pottsville, Pa, a distance of 44 miles. I took 1 month and 10 days to receive this small package which was marked "Received in damaged condition" Only 44 miles away. Really and then damaged to top it off.

Terrible customer service.

I sent important papers priority mail and USPS list the priority mail envelope. Will never use the USPS again to ship anything. FedEx is my choice now.

Slow don't update the package when in route needs better manager to keep watching over workers to make them do there jobs
