Your service is slower than sloth!

I been waiting for my package almost 1 months ago, can you guys keep me updated is kinda frustrating because I pay for my stuff.

Keep submitting tracking number for registered mail, return receipt, sent last week, absolutely no answer, even after 10 days. I paid extra so it could be tracked, yet no info. Sent only 200 miles away.

After 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for a package that was mailed to me from 15 miles away! It was sent from Detroit but for some stupid reason it was sent to New York. Who the hell is running this place???

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a package that was sent first class from 15 miles away!!! I don't know who is running this business but I'm very surprised that USPS hasn't gone bankrupt. Worst customer service ever.

Shipped parcel from Cabot Ar in 23 Aug. I’ve received 2 other parcels that were mailed out AFTER this one. Tracking says it’s in Little Rock regional distribution center and hasn’t moved since 27 Aug. you guys are paid decently and good benefits, now do your jobs!!!

my delivery had been put on hold for animal interference . i have one outdoor cat ? i’ve never had an issue before .

From Montana (US) to South Lanarkshire (Scotland) took 11 days, Excellent Service & tracked all the way. Still waiting after 12 days for an item from Cardiff (Wales), for those not in the know, Cardiff is in UK. So USPS outdoing that of Royal Mail in UK. Nice Job Guys. ??

I had a package sent to New Mexico and it went to Mexico and it's been sitting there since August the 2nd and I still have not gotten my package and when you try to call about it the people in Mexico will hang up on you and there's no English speaking people there this is the worst that I have ever had to deal with my mail

Why can't I get a return receipt? That's what I paid for. Why do I have to check using the Internet? Not everyone has Internet access. Your service completely failed me and what I paid for.
