My package has been in my neighborhood for 2 days. I am disabled so can't get up to drive to it. The postal service said it will be delivered by September 11th. How and why is it taking so long. I hate the postal service. Last time my package was put into someone else mailbox.

This service is terrible, plain and simply terrible

I sent an important envelope Priority Mail Express because USPS PROMISED 2 day delivery. Four days have passed and the envelope has still not been delivered. When you pay for an advertised service, you should get it. USPS PROMISED 2 DAY DELIVERY, TOOK MY MONEY, BUT HAS FAILED TO DELIVER.

This company is disgusting they could not run a chook raffle. I order a top from the US . It was mailed on the 8th August and is is sitting in Miami. I did not think I paid for it to have a holiday. I purchased another top from the UK the same time and I received it over a week ago. I did not think I would be waiting this long for a parcel to get to Australia. Definitely will not be doing any business with any company In the US if this is the best you can do delivering a parcel.

Why is the package taking long? It’s in same place for days.

Every time Amazon uses USPS it's late or I never receive it! You would think they could do a better job! They tell you it's because they deliver millions of pieces a day. Just an excuse for incompetence.

Sorry but i am terribly disappointed with USPS pkg delivey. I have NEVER re eived a pkg on the promised delivery date span. Always delayed or lost. So very disappointing.

I can't believe you do all you do for how little you do it for, the United States Post Office is one of the best programs in the United States run really well they do an amazing job for hardly any money and they rarely lose anything great people hard working

I have never had a problem with the U.S. postal service. They are most certainly better then all the rest out there. They handle packages way better and are much better on delivery.

what a rubbish company they just don't have control of anything a month has passed since the supposed arrival of my package and it's as if it just disappeared. lousy company

My package arrived within 18hrs for a next day delivery. Thank you!!

2 times this month I paid for overnight it never shows up for 2 day I will not use this ever again I'll use FedEx
