You people are the worst company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did you lose my package on my birthday. You manage with no help what so ever. You call no answer and if you did "Go somewhere else then". This is the most ridiculous thing I've had to deal with on this gods green earth!

I feel like my local USPS purposely seeks and hires lazy and careless employees. Besides claims of "packages delivered" when they never are. The mail man for my neighborhood loves to cram the mail and destroy the few packages that are received.

I love tracking my packages ? especially when I’m impatient

This company needs a legal investigation to see what are they doing with parcels I have my parcel seating there for 3 weeks I will be processing legal investigations this impossible expensive item with tracking number and paid premium price for postage services

I dont understand why a pkg I mailed on 8/10/22 from Clinton, NC, is still sitting in FAYETTEVILLE, NC and not delivered or at least close to the APO it was sent to. 16 days it's been sitting in FAYETTEVILLE???? No updates? No anything?

I place my order on August 13th today is August 26th and the shipping number that you reference don't come back with anything I've emailed you guys several times to see where was my package no response I need to know about the status of my package ASAP.

I’m sending a Priority Mail Intl.last Sept.4,2022 just wondering it’s been 3 weeks now there is no update,unlike before it only take 2 weeks for the package to deliver.I keep tracking but it seems there’s no movement to next facility.

How does a package that was sent 3-4 day delivery from Crestview Fl to Poplar Bluff Mo., leave Fl to LA Cal for two days there and then to St. Louis for two days and still hasn’t been delivered on the 6th day. USPS delivery is so screwed up. Have they ever heard of a most direct Route?

Impossible to get in touch to get details why my package is marked delivered and it is not here. If you call, all you get is automated response and repeats it is delivered and nothing else, and will not connect to actual agent. Calling local usps puts you on hold for 5 minutes and doesn't connect then disconnect.

I live in Russell Springs, KY and sent a payoff check certified mail on the 18th and letter still not arrived. My receipt showed it should have arrived 8/22/22 and today is the 26th. From my home to location is only a 3 hour drive. Now my payoff amount won't be right. Delivery service is terrible!!! Should have drove myself to deliver.

Never in time as said on the receipt, need to be more punctual and update frequently.

You all try the best to get the mailing and packages on time I never had a problem, always on time or before predicted. Been a sender or a receiver.

Mailed certified letter on Tuesday, and tracking shows "In transit". It's no Friday and the letter hasn't been delivered.

Do you know how much time and money you waste to get one letter to where it was going. The letter had to go maybe 30 miles and it went from Findley Lake to Buffalo to Pittsburg back to Erie Pa your system cost the PO a lot of wasted time and money pretty stupid
