Paid $70+ dollars for shipping a document overseas. Tracking tells about when it left some facility in ca -4 days back. Nothing else!!

They never attempted to deliver my package to my home. I was home at the time they said they attempted to give me my package and no one knocked or rang the doorbell.

I dropped off my package on 08/08/22 and it has not left Maryland. I also dropped off a package 08/09/22 and it was delivered on 08/25/22. They were going too the same destination. Explain???

my package takes 4 days and according to, it would arrive at its destination in 3 days
