It's ridiculous to have to pay $4.60 for an envelope that ways 1.30 oz's !! More price gouging that shouldn't be happening!!

they were supposed to deliver my package 4 days ago and i still havent gotten it.

I never had a problem using regular mail

My birthday present was supose to be delivered on 16,then 22,then 23,then 25,26. My birthday is today 23. I'm so unsatisfied

They said my package was delivered but it’s not on the porch on in my mailbox

This is the worst delivery I have ever seen . Once it gets to coppel tx it is ALWAYS lost . I think it needs to be looked into on why packages don't get any further then there and you don't get anything back

Completely inept service. Please put the sanitation department in charge of the mail. At least the garbage truck is always on time

If there was lower than 1 star l would have given it. A registered letter sent last Wednesday which was supposed to have been delivered by Friday is still "in transit". Today is now Tuesday. Disgusted.

The worst delivery time and customer service. I had one package that looped between 2 distribution centers for 8 days before they could get it stopped and moving on. How does that require a call from the recipient and not get flagged in their system? Otherwise, all deliveries are slower than other carriers.
