Vacation hold worked well this summer for a week. Our mailman is a great guy, takes care of us, even takes mail to go, so no need to go to P.O. until stamps or a pck needs weighing. Stamps for sale at stores and Costco.

I have still not recieved my parcel. I’ve recieved emails and notifications saying it’s been delivered to the address provided but it has not yet arrived. No one that I’ve contacted has gotten back to me either to rectify the matter. Where is my parcel?

Literally the absolute worst service. You leave a note in our mailbox because you "couldn't" deliver my package. You offer to redeliver it & then never do. I send an inquiry & no one responds. Not the first issue I've had & I'm sure it won't be the last.

You supposedly had my package for 3 weeks and just never did anything with it. You give no information on anything at any point. You guys are terrible. I’ll never use this to ship anything ever again.

They should bring back pony express! It would be faster! For god sake the us postal service has gone to hell!!!!! I would give y’all a zero if I could know star but it doesn’t allow that.
