Was to be delivered on Monday, August 15, priority and still isn’t there as of today August 17. So much for priority.

Not happy at all completely not happy at all I paid Gor For next dy and I still haven't received my package it's not fair

Terrible Terrible I mailed a certified envelope from Cary to Greensboro. I was told it should arrive within 3 days. 6 days later certified envelope finally delivered. I spent extra money to make sure mail would be timely handled. Obviously carrier to lazy to get out of the Jeep and deliver to house. Letter was received in Greensboro in two days. Envelope laid around for 4 days then delivered by a responsible carrier. The USPostal Service is losing money because of this type of service. Go figure! I will NEVER use the Post Office again. I’m done. From now on United Parcel Service always.

Priority mail means nothing. All you can do is locate the parcel, no one can get it or tell you when it will move on. Still haven’t gotten my letter after 8 days and nobody knows when I will get it. Post office must have buildings full of peoples stuff rotting away. Won’t use post office anymore.

Paid for Express next day and it was never delivered.

Closed the case without finding my package. This is not the first time missing package by mailman. Mailman needs to retire. He keep putting wrong mail and missing letters

Worst thing to happen to Amazon was to start using USPS for deliveries. Need to privatize USPS.

Sent a package off over 2 weeks ago and the people I sent it to still haven't got it yet. Says in transit to destination. Has been stuck in Chicago for at least 8 days. Is something wrong with the plane ? Or is it that the people that have it now know how to do their job!!!! Was told it is stuck in customs. Really!!! 6 days in customs !!! Are they that lazy that they can't do their job?

Never get updated

Seems to be getting worse. Second time a package that was ship for a US address to a US address was lost this month. Really disappointed.

Customer service systems are not effective even when agents try to help overnight letters are taking 5-7 days

Package was sent out August 5th, it's is now August 16th. I still haven't received my package! Coming from two hours away, this is horrible....

Too slow bad experience.

Mailed my ancestry DNA sample on 8/11/22 to Utah from Alton Missouri it has already been 6 days and usps cannot even find my package with a tracking number and can't tell me where package is so clearly someone is not doing g there job so what is the point if a tracking number? I will no longer use usps to mail anything UPS is so much better...sad there is no 0 for rating but I give - 2 stars
