USPS reviews

No matter where I have lived, in the last 15 years, I never receive all of my mail. Bills or letters either get "lost" in the mail or they get delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes people that get MY mail will put it back in their mailbox or they just keep it. My bank statements seem to make it to other homes before it reaches my house. I don't understand why this situation is so bad.

Ordered a package on the 28th. Still not able to track my package and no delivery yet.

I have been expecting a "priority package" sent from NC in the past 3 weeks now, up till now I'm yet to receive my item. The tracking number kept showing me in transit and I don't know for how long that will be. I'm really sad right now.

I was told a clerk made a mistake and sent my shipment from Richmond va back to Pennsylvania. No accountability

You send Certified mail and it doesn’t get there. Had to send another mailing through FedEx, expensive!

they changed the letter of my apartment and I lost my package valued at 600 dollars, I call and they don't even tell me the letter of the apartment where they left it, it's really unusual

USPS is useless. I mailed two package yesterday and when I tried to track them all the tracker said was they were mailed yesterday. Useless.

Service very poor I was sending something very important,they told me is gonna be in 4 today 5 days.very bad services

They are the slowest people in the world they need to get their head out their asses and do their God dam job I was protest my package August 6 by 9 pm and its still in Rochester ny

Package got there overnight with out extra cost

How does a priority mail that was going to OFallon ,Mo,go to Indianpolis to St.Louis to Desmond Iowa,then back to St Louis then delivered to OFallon ,Mo ???Why did it go to Iowa ,when it was already in St Louis ???Can anybody answer that question??Two years ago I sent package to the same place and it took 2 months to get there ?????? WHY ???

I sent perishable package Tuesday 8/2/22 9am my cousin still didn’t receive. If don’t deliver today I’ll do a complaint with pay back for this delivery and last year that took 10 days for to throw everything garbage . Your service is the worst
