My express shipment of two documents on March 14. These documents are time sensitive needed for immigration requirements. He paid $50.00 to express shipment to Philippines. The tracking munger says it's in Tokyo as of April 24,2024. If this is the type of service we pay for, USPS should be abolished instead of raising rates.

My brother sent me a parcel on 16 April 2024 today is 11 may 2024 I didn’t receive yet very cheap service

I was suppose to receive my order May 6th and it said delivered and never received anything. It’s a goaway gift and I need it now.

We sent a package to our family and it supposed to get there in three day and it’s been 11 days and still hasn’t arrived, it keep saying on the way and when we check still here in Seattle. This is sad cause we paid a lot of money to send it!

An important package that had crucial items went right past my post office to a town close to the Canadian border and then come back totally unacceptable and put me in a dire strait. I also learned that the tracking through the map and all that I was told by USPS them self that that is only estimated and estimated times unless it came from an actual handling facility, your little post office says and small regional areas are not included in those. I won’t talk about overnight and two day shipping anymore. If I’m gonna pay that price I’ll drive to go get it myself.

When will the public smarten up and abandon the totally worthless USPS package delivery,!?

Still waiting for a delivery that was supposed to arrive days ago. Terrible service!

I sent a package from Waverley Fl on 5/3/24 and paid approximately 65.00 to have it delivered between 3 and 5 days for delivery to NJ.It is now the 10th and it looks like the package has not left Fl. I wonder why people use UPS instead if the post office.

USPS has taken just as long as the basic delivery option that i went with the last couple times I made an order. It’s been “in transit” in Toronto but hasn’t moved for for over 3 days now. Maybe it’s because delivery was in Canada but it’s been no faster then the basic delivery option.

I paid for overnight delivery Tuesday supposed to be there Wednesday. Finally gets there. Friday have late charges on my credit card bill because the first envelope didn’t get there.

Always late. Never on time. Over a week overdue.

I was told my package would be there Friday it was in PA. Thursday to day is Friday haven't go to Danbury CT yet

It is really very frustrating to have to deal with the poor work of USPS!

I'm overnighted a mother's Day present to my mom to make sure she would get it before saturday. It's now Friday I mailed it Tuesday overnighted it for $31 and change and it's still not there. What do I got to do drive it myself? This is absolutely asinine!
