This is the 4th priority mail package recently that I did not receive within 3 days. The post office now has priority express which guarantees 2 days, and seems to delay regular priority. When I pay 11.75 or more for a package I expect service not be delayed. One package I could understand but 4 a trend. Holidays I understand but this is August. Customer satisfaction is more important than an additional 50 cents. My local delivery is very good. This is definitely a distribution issue.

I had a package that was shipped from China to US. Package made it to Chicago, IL then went to a military base in Europe. My post office said the package didn't have my address. It is being reshipped, hoping for better results.

Having a small switch sent from Forest City, Iowa to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada by Priority mail and switch has been sitting in Itasca, I’ll 60143 for 5 days now. Is parcel lost? Terrible service. How do I try to find out what’s going on?? Tracking number LV670104882US. No way to track why it is sitting in a shipping facility for the 5th day!!!

What the hell this is the 2 day of August and since the 30 of July my package is still setting in goodyear, Az your not very reliable

My package was going from Cincinnati Ohio to Bethlehem Pennsylvania, and I was told it would be delivered on July 18th. I put in my tracking number, and I'm still not sure if it has arrived in Bethlehem as of August the 2nd. I'm very disappointed with the service because according to the tracking it went to Washington DC and I still have no idea why because then it came back to Cincinnati.

A week and the package has not arrived at the destination, ~500 miles away.

I've been waiting since December for a priority mail package that was sent to me from joanns fabrics in Missouri to my address also in Missouri. Nearly 5 lb package! All I have to show for it is 2 form letters from USPS saying they are looking for it then 1 letter sorry letter that says no can find. I am pissed off. How do you lose a box paid priority mail that is that big???? I will never send or allow to be sent another single piece thru the United States postal service. Both my parents retired from the post office in California and services have plummeted while costs soar. Joanns has offered to make things right with my account and they did but that piece of fabric was a seasonal item specifically picked out by a customer for a quilt. This is not the first snafu by usps but the first time I actually decided enough was enough and posted my experience. Never again . That agency is trash.

I have always found them accommodating. Very helpful. Willing to answer my questions.
