Still waiting on a certified letter to come back from St Louis since 7-20. It’s now 8-1 and still isn’t back. Wasted $7.85. Could have delivered myself (since it’s in the same town) and not had the worry and stress. But since it’s an eviction. I have to send certified mail.

Letter sent 7/20, estimated delivery 7/25. It's 8/1 and it still hasn't arrived. Whatever you are doing isn't working.

I had to return a purchase, I took to PO on July 26, in Melbourne FL, an hour from Orlando. Each time I check tracking it's still in Orlando. If this is true, they are taking so long, that the company may not accept the return. PO is so friggin slow

Used their express service to ship 2 perishable boxes, which was dropped of late Thursday, we'll it's Monday and it's still not at the address it's supposed to be at. My perishable boxes is probably bad by now. I don't think they know the meaning of "EXPRESS"!!. Never again!!.

My package has been sitting in Gouston for 4 days and has not moved. What's the deal. Don't even understand why it went to Houston when you had to drive right through San Antonio to get there. Who is the morrow who set this all up!?
