They deliver as quickly as they can and I've never met one of their employees that isn't polite.

Louis DeJoy needs to go. He is purposely destroying the post office

I did not receive my package when I suppose to. It was just sitting in the post office when it should have went out on delivery on the 14 of this month.

I am so upset and appalled with the service that I have received I have been waiting on mail for 2 weeks and it was sent priority and I still have not received it yet it's a shame that someone waiting on mail that goes through 3 days and it's been almost 3 weeks it is unacceptable.

I'm still waiting for my package to bed delivered, at was supposed to arrive on 7/18/2022, its still out in limbo. I sent it first-class! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Its really annoying.

Worst service ever. And I sent the package certified mail, the delivery person couldn't find the address and return the package to me over a month later with no explanation. the price of the package sent was way more than the size and weight

A package was scheduled to be delivered to my address on July 11th but is apparently currently missing. I waited 5 days before I filed a complaint and despite a lot of effort on my part, I have been ignored and provided no information - literally NO INFO ON THE PACKAGE EXCEPT IT WAS RETURNED TO THE WRONG POST OFFICE, MAKING IT NOW LOST FOR SOME 10 DAYS WITH NO APPARENT EFFORT TO FIND THE PACKAGE AND DELIVER IT. FRANKLY THE INCOMPETENCE AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE IS ASTOUNDING. ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH.

Mailed my package may 18 and still never deleivered call about it fill out forms did everything I was suppose to. Do just keep getting passed around to person after person.Still no package it was my son medication.Never will I msil a package at the post office agaiim. Thanks for nothing

Disaster- de Joy to blame???? Seversl priority mail packages were NEVER RECEIVED despite fraudulent tracking system saying “ delivered” made many phone calls and finally reached a USPS veteran at complaint dept who stunned me with these words:” ive been here thirty years snd what I tell friends and family is ‘ do not use USPS!!!”

Somewhat disappointed with USPS service . Still waiting to hear about my package. Spoke to several representative it's been 10 days No one had told me where my package is the information on the web is incorrect . Talk to agents of USPS all day something different. I'm was call by someone who stated they were contacted concerning my package which means it was opened . I will not ever use this service again.
