A package was shipped out to me from Heber Springs Arkansas on July 5th. Was to be delivered to me in Maynard Ar on July 8th. It is now the 14th and NOBODY can tell me where my package is

Awful service. Says it was delivered but i haven't received anything. There is no way to talk to someone in this amateur hour company?

Mailed letter 7-6-22. Took 5 days from Ohio to Minnesota. Has arrived, as of 7-11-22. As far as return notice, as of 7-13-22, system says “waiting on item”. What does that mean? Document response to Government information request that could not be resolved on line. So I’ve got nothing….No idea when response will come. Can’t resolve the issue.

I have 4 letters going to the same place. Only 1 made it there. I requested email notifications and the thumbs-up sign reply; yet, I received no email as of today. Same place and mailed together and 3 have not made it there from Meridian Mississippi to Jackson Mississippi. I mailed it Friday 8 July 2022 and today is Wednesday 13 July 2022, 98 miles away. Clerk said be there by Monday or Tuesday. Only one made it there Monday. What is the problem? You got my money on time and your prices are going up but services quality is decreasing. V/R, Sequin

At the local post office four working days? Unacceptable. Price up, service poor!

if i could give this 0 stars, i would. Package was in my town but never made it to the post office. Then left for another town 1hour away. Package was supposed to be here 3 days ago. Horrible.

From 06/04 to now not arrive .

Bad service, reported problem and they said they would call me back, Never Did. Counter service over charged and would not give me a refund.

Please tell me how my order from China placed a week ago arrived before my order from the U.S which was ordered 14 days ago? There's always an issue with USPs

Still waiting for arrival today is Wednesday and it said it would arrive on Monday by 9 pm now the updates are saying still in transit July 10th ?which was Sunday!!?very upset

Shows my package arrived 7/12/22 but never did. Now can't find someone to talk to about it.

USPS did a good job and I will always use their service keep up the good work.
