I am so disappointed by usps.How someone send me a parcel .registered it as a priority mail with huge amount of money.was told I will get it in three day and for close to a month now thr parcel is yet to leave houston.what kind of organization is this ?

I sent a package on 7/5/22 from Silver Spring, PA to Longs SC. Using all USPS supplies and a black marker for shipping and return address. Package delivered today to incorrect address because someone can't read and just delivers it. Then yiu call the local office and the phone rings at the NMB Office forever and then a busy tone. What kind of customer service is this? You can't even trust the mail service these day because it's obvious no one cares. And we pay these extra fees so that it delivered appropriately. They need a better system and people who are willing to work and take pride into there job.

I Sended a package on June 24th not yet arrived and I called they don’t have a answer ??

I don't see where my tax paying dollars should fund this organization I've been waiting on packages that should have been here last week for over 2 weeks

Mailed a pkg on Wednesday and it arrived 2 days later! Excellent service.

I find this app to be quite efficiant.

It's funny that I was supposed to receive a certified letter. And the postman says they left scan sheet in mailbox but none ever found. Then I show up at the post office it was supposed to be at. after talk to my sister and the tell me it was sent back on 3 day prior come to find out the person at USPS office just didn't want to look and when I called to check if it made it back to my sister they say it didn't leave until the day after I showed up. USPS workers are so darn lazy the was a very important package about my mother that passed away.

My parcel I ordered ends up in carol stream & is saying delivered I live in Australia so who the he'll pick up my parcel find it 9405511202540513815889 not happy

Sent a package overnight and it was delivered right when they said it would be. Worked like a charm.
