How am I suppose to know if my package made it when the tracking stopped before it was delivered.and its late.

Sent certified and return receipt. Paid extra money and it still now there 2 weeks later.

The service is worse. You need a good amount of improvement.

Seems like the nails getting worse I get everybody else's mail in my mailbox except mine and I mail something it's supposed to be there in 10 days it's still showing it's downtown and I mailed it on June 1st and it's now June29th.

Sent the package on 6/1 supposed to take 10 days it's now the 29th of June and it doesn't move from downtown all I see and get messages is it's running late and it's showing its downtown it's supposed to go to clear lake so I don't know why it's stuck downtown.

Horrible, awful service. Never ship anything USPS. They are unreliable and you can't talk to anyone when your package doesn't carry when it is supposed to. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!

They said on the tracking my package was going to arrive June 29 at 9pm my package never came it’s still in Transit and it didn’t meet the deadline ??‍♂️
