Sent a package from Locust North Carolina to Holliston Massachusetts. Mailed it out on a Wednesday they said it would be delivered by Friday. Well Friday comes and I use the tracker entered my number lo and behold it's in Memphis Tennessee. What the crap is this package going halfway across the country to Tennessee for it should be heading north east towards Massachusetts it's not going to be delivered on time what's wrong with you post office?

Shipped package on the 9th of June to Florida and on the 13th of June it still says in transit. To this day, June 26th it says the same and no package delivered.

Terrible service. Shipped out of New York on June 15, went to California back to Memphis, back to California, back to Memphis, back to California, back to Memphis and still in transit 14 days later! You're really too bad to rate!

I paid for 2day priority delivery. Still not delivered from track n info. Very important delivery. Why take people's hard earned money if u can't live up to ur services. Such a rip off. Next time I will use another carrier.

Ups needs to close down for good instead of ripping people of there money for fast delivery. Cost me $18 to send fr ms to chicago 3wks b4 it arrive .package set in memphis 4 wks .now every dollar goes to fed ex an i have no issues

I send my package almost 3week now to Jamaica keep saying it’s in transit in Kingston what happen it should go to p.o st. Ann they check everyday and it just in one place

I can not understand how a large package (a tent) can become lost 9361289671011658049152 and take over a month to be delivered.
Disappointed
Worst service ever! Has been 2 weeks. Route it wrong twice and let package sit in distribution center for 4 days and then 3 days at each site. Totally inept!
