Certified mail Package shipped on the April 8th. arrived in Miami on April 13 and sat there until May 4! It is now Saud to finally be in Coral Springs but not delivered. These are important papers. What's the point of certified mail?

I purchased items on the 30th of March in Australia. After waiting for three weeks for my delivery I found out my parcel had been delivered back to the seller's address. Seller resent my order on the 15th of April. I was informed by UPSP that my parcel would be delivered to me in Australia by the 30th 0f April. After doing some research I have now discovered that my parcel is still at the Miami centre. What the hell is going on with this delivery service?????? NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST.!!!!!!

Very poor service. Slow and unreliable. This postal service is absolutely despicable

Greetings, I paid in advance for 2 day shipping. At 10:48 of the delivery date I received a message telling me that assces to my delivery location was a problem(not sure how that's a problem because I have a 12 car parking lot in front and a 20 car parking lot in the rear. So parking wasn't a problem. I was home, and still home, waiting for my package to arrive. The package in question weight is no more than 2 or 3 lbs max. Can someone please explain the mix up because I'm having trouble figuring this one out. Was hoping to speak to a human but everything was automated and I got no answers.

I don't what has happened to the post office but they have gone down hill no customer service prices are horrible for poor service half the time they don't even scan the packages take they're sweet time if I could I'd give them a half star usps sucks

I sent mail to Fleming Island which in by Jacksonville Fl from Orlando Fl, paid $15 dol and was told it would be delivered I 2 to 3 days, got to Jacksonville and that’s where it stopped, resent another envelope with important papers in it, mailed a different way from post office in Orlando after waiting for 3 weeks to see if first package would eventually get delivered, well second package was delivered and arrived in Fleming Island a week later and first one delivered along with second package, problems with the post office delivery in Florida for sure

What's going on with the post office?Parcel sent on Tuesday Still in New York, not to mention the very expensive fee.And also the person who works at the Greenpoint post office has no respect for the customer at all.The lady serving me is talking on the phone and having a great time.I have to listen to it for a few minutes and of course I can't pay attention politely.This is simply a scandal.

This is not ok when shipping overnight and package hasn’t arrived in two days . Yet there is no way to trac except pay more money. I’m paid out and really discussed. When shipping clerk should let you know it will not be shipped as expected.This isn’t the first time this has happened.

I dropped a package off at the post office in Long Beach, CA . I was told the estimate date of delivery would be May 6th for regular mail and for $6.00 extra I could send it priority with an estimated delivery of Friday, May 3rd. The package has still not arrived? and since it is the weekend, the earliest it will get there is Monday, May 6th. The original date for regular postage. Is there a way to be refunded for $6.00 that I paid for priority service that was not received?

What an utter sham! Lied about “attempted delivery”, ask me to put my cc info in & pay $1 for help. This is utterly ridiculous-do your job!!

I have sent so many package using USPS and most times the packaged is delayed for one reason or another..my.package should have been delivered today and it's not even closed to the destination when I tracked it a few minutes ago..it's a shame that the service that I pay so much money for continue to disappoint me. Snail mail at it's worst.

Even with assistance from Amazon the package ends up just staying in my city saying out for delivery without Amazon.

Mailed PKG to my daughter on Feb 27th. She still has not received....
