I personally have never had an issue with the United States Postal Service always 100% efficient and courteous service.

Sent priority mail Father’s Day gift supposed to deliver on Saturday. Now it’s stuck in Dallas 5 hrs from where it’s supposed to be. Why are we paying for service that they can’t deliver?! So frustrating and I’m going to refuse to send anything priority unless they guarantee it! Chimpanzees can do a better job!

I ordered my items 3 weeks ago and after getting tracking number I see they have been sitting in Newark since the 6th of June it is now the 22nd of June and it is still in Newark and not even close to being delivered are you kidding me this is ridiculous and if this is how the postal service works let's just get rid of this dead weight and stop giving them money obviously there's no work going on the last package I got sat at the wrong address for two weeks and it was food so I'm over this postal worker drap

Can’t believe I mailed a package that was supposed to 2 days but it took 10 days ??‍♀️ This is so bad . Y’all should do better . Wish I can put zero star

Sending a package from Roanoke, VA. 24018 to Napoleon, OH 43545 Left Roanoke, VA 06/10/2022. Estimated delivery date 06/13/2022. It is now 06/21/2022 and it seems to be in Allen Park, MI 48101. It needs to be to 13815 County Road, Napoleon, OH 43545 today 06/21/2022.

I am trying to track my package sent on Friday. Only one update from Saturday. Today is Tuesday but no further updates. This is very frustrating. It is a very important letter.

They constantly don't deliver packages. They put "attempt made" there is 0 reason they cant drop my stuff at the front door. Constantly "losing" packages.

Somewhat disappointed. I paid for express international shipping, supposed to be there in 5-7 days. The postal clerk added, “plus time in customs.” Apparently that can add two weeks or more. The package was delivered on the 20th. Very disappointed; if they were up front about it that would be different. As it is I feel misled, and cheated.

Gave me a time between 10:15 and 2:15. Not here yet so when I checked it now says 06:10. This is getting old .

I have had wonderful service on outgoing mail. The incoming mail is a different story since the latest Post Master destroyed our post office in order to delay mail in votes and during a pandemic. I still have confidence in our post office especially considering how many of our government and corporations want it destroyed so they can develop and source of billionaire profit.
