I was highly disappointed with the way I was treated during the process. The one employee couldn’t find the address & told me he can’t help me. I went to verify it again, after sending multiple packages to this address which I had correct. The next employee that helped me after waiting in line again told me he couldn’t find it either so I stated again that I have sent stuff out to there before & it’s never been an issue. This employee turned to his coworker, WHILE IM STILL STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM, & said he should have retired a long time ago. I felt entirely disrespected & I at this point was not as polite in trying to figure out the issue. In the end, I WAS CORRECT & he tried to tell me it was the system error. He also told my the place didn’t exist but later in conversation told me he was going there next week!! Made 0 sense to me & I was highly unsatisfied with my visit.

Well I send priority box cost $21:50 to Puerto Rico wish should get there monday 13 well never get there my wife are sick very sick the mail men just honk and don't wait even 30 second and left.My wife have to walk 1 1/2 mile to get to the post office there no one to help her on this moment her have lopus, Fibromiallla,diabetes and her is 63 year old okaY pay for delivery at home not to her have to picked on post office some one have to by responsible she spoke to the person on post office just said they are contractor working for post office.I believe no actions will make.I will know if any action will take if not in will like to get my money back.

Except for the first time on the 7th, usps wants $1.00 to tell me where my package is. What a ripoff. Won’t use tracking anymore & save money because it doesn’t tell you sh#% with a tracking number I paid for. SMH. 1 rating because they might not send it with a zero rating.

When you track your package, it doesn't tell you where your package is or when to expect delivery

Why does my package set an LA for 3 days. Leaves la goes to Denver Colorado. From Denver back to Dallas. It still has not reached its destination Stillwater Oklahoma. It's been 10 days

Sent a pkg priority mail on 6/7/22 should have arrived on 6/10/22.. has never arrived. No excuse for this.. I will never use USPS again!!

I receive most mail in a timely manner . Packages are sometimes slow to arrive. I currently have a package that's been at Hazelwood Missouri office for 7 days now . Can't figure out why. Daily tracking done since the day I ordered , on June 1st. Moved pretty quickly until it hit Hazelwood.

I use USPS tracking all the time from Maryland on all important documents. Never a problem. Always on time and trackable.

Cannot count on delivery date. Always late .

USPS. Slow, behind schedule, worthless tracking.
