Always late on deliveries.

Need better simpler home page for tracking, and not so many side tracks.

Really friendly people and if the package that I’m sending my girlfriend doesn’t get then then I’m going to change it to a .5 star review

Package was left at the wrong address. I had to go retrieve it.

It has been 17 days and the package has not yet received. I was told it takes 3-5 days for the delivery. My package is an very important gift to my family which makes me really sad.

Ive had a expensive package I can't locate. I don't understand why postman didn't leave package in lockers on premises

USPS I mailed a letter on Friday 6/3/2022 it is now 6/10/2022 an has not been delivered. Going from broward county to north Florida. I’m disgusted.

Awful is the best thing I can say about USPS. If you want your customer to be frustrated by not being able to track their package with the tracking number USPS supplies and never use your company again I highly recommend the USPS. They will make sure it gets there late and give you absolutely no visibility on its progress. Poor customer service, poor attitude and management.

They tell it will be there on a certain date and it never is.

Always take more than a week for a letter. Shame

Package sat without leaving post office for 4 days after paying for 2 day shipping. Estimated arrival another 3 more days.

Instead of delivering letter within 70 moles of post office mailed at. It went to California. Bpeople at post office no help and no explanation. Will never mail anything at postal service again.

These guys handle millions of packages every day. They seldom lose a package. Think about it. When is the last time you were expecting a package or a letter and you didn't get it? Not very often

USPS has the worst service I have ever seen.

Tracking doesn't work!!! Didn't show my second day priority letter when it was a submitted at the post office, any way points or whether it was delivered yesterday as receipt promised
