Always delivered on time and not damaged.

This is horrible. My package from my sister and mom was mailed out 6-1 prior mail from TN to VA and I still have not got it.

The service is very poor.I many times receive my parcels late and they get upset if I complained.

Left Shipper 6/3/22 supposed to be priority mail, it's now 6/7/22 and nothing. Tracking shows its still in Miami.

Horrible service, package was to travel from Tennessee to New Mexico, ended up in Guam, how does this happen? Wow

Pkg was supposed to be delivered June 2-4. Amazon says it's lost. USPS says in transit and last tracked in New Mexico on May 28. What is up?

Don't use overnight delivery.waste of money

Three times in three months, my package was LOST! It would tell me my package is out for delivery, then I got a text saying it was sent back to the post office, postal worker told me it was happening because they kept putting the wrong ZIP Code on which made no sense. I’ve had the same ZIP Code for 20+ years. May just stop using this service all together. And the pandemic is no longer an excuse to be so careless all the time with everybody’s packages! I can’t believe all the one star reviews I just saw!

I look all over my front yard with the scorching heat and found nothing. The package is a powdered tea supposed to help me with my health. Thank you if it will be returned.

Tracking number is not usefull, for nothing, not work.very very slow update.

US Postal Service is the best!! The shipper with a name that starts with F throws packages from the sidewalk onto the porch.

Gave up after a month . I guess a USPS employee is wearing a nice pair of DVS shoes ?
