USPS reviews

Not trustworthy at all. My package to my son supposed to be delivered today by 6 pm and now is 8:34 pm still showing in transit. It’s very important documents and my son needs them ASAP. Never going to use them for overnight delivery.

You mailed my large pkg four days and hundreds of miles south of it's destination and I expect it to arrive damaged . No wonder you guys are going broke !

Package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. According to tracking it made it to the distribution center on 6/1. No further info provided. Upset that my niece's gift didn't make it for her birthday today ??

Mail carrier never delivers packages down my road and doesn't even leave a notice for us to pick it up at the office. We live down a single lane road and she will not come down our road. She lies and says there's no access. Yet big truck delivery like UPS and FedEx deliver to us all the time. I guess she doesn't know how to turn around in her lil truck. Or she's just lazy. We have several people down our road that has complained, including myself, multiple times. They never do anything about it. I give USPS a big, fat, zero. Get some employees that will do what they're getting paid to do. If that was me on my job I'd have been fired a long time ago. And USPS expects a good review. I don't think so.

One star only because it wouldn't go through with zero stars.... I have asked MANY times for packages not to be left at the garage door. I have a large covered porch and want items left by the front door out of the weather. Today's delivery was glass and was propped on the door so it couldn't even be opened to enter the house. TERRIBLE SERVICE CONTINUES!!!!

Totally not trustable supposed to deliver my package on Tuesday 31 may still not delivered always sshowing in transit when ever you 5tracking no. I never use postal service for my no shipment in future

I find our USPS a very excellent service. I am in my 60s and I have found them to be very professional, proficient, and steady service.

Terrible service. Every time an Amazon package gets routed to usps it is late. Every single time. If I could block usps on Amazon I would!!!

Worst service ever. To mail a letter from St Pete to Valdosta ga. Over a week to get there. Terrible ?
