Poor - very poor service. Paid $10:00 to have a letter sent priority with 2-3 day delivery & tracking availability. Here I sit 3 WEEKS later ( pkg. Still not delivered) and I'm unable to get tracking information, only choice is to wait estimated time of 1 hr+ on hold to actually speak to a person. I think a refund should be given& for future reference the service should be free if the mail can't be delivered as expected. Rating would be-1 if available.

Sent a package from Birmingham, AL to a friend in Hamburg, Germany. Arrived ahead of predicted time and right on her birthday. No ain’t that great!

They seem to find reasons not to make deliveries. I live in a rural area. My roads were being grated and they said they couldn’t access the driveway. All residents got in and out of neighborhood without difficulty and UPS delivered 2 packages - but USPS couldn’t manage to get to my driveway. I call BS!

Tracking is difficult. The original tracking number evidently needed to be issued a new tracking number and I can't find the new tracking number. So, my package is lost and no one seems to be able to locate it

Always notify me when my packages were there even though there was a package missing with the tracking it's a lot easier and a lot better.
