My large pkg was missent from Memphis TN to Greenville MS . I live in south east TN ! 24x24x18 in pkg !

I’m disappointed. If I wanted to use ipack n ship, I would have gone to their office instead of the post office. I sent this package priority through you, not them. I would have at least expect it to be in a different county 24 hrs later or at least in PA…not 20 mins away still. I’m giving you 3 stars since this is the first time anything like this has happened. I love my post office but this pisses me off.

They said they received my package May 20 in Vinton I live in Vinto its June 2 still havnt received my package and tracking saids it still in Vinton what the Hell is Vinton stealing packages I've never had a problem getting packages before.

Dwight our mail man here in Phoenix is one ahhmazzin person! Very personable & delightful! Give him a raise!

Excellent service at the Malvern, AR post office. I try to use this location whenever possible.

Paid for overnight delivery. Its been 1 week tomorrow. Mail still hasn't been delivered.

First package was lost, resent a new package and it has bounced around different facilities in miami for a couple weeks. Not sure what kind of company this is but its not the expedited service i paid for

Says it’s delivered and left with an individual, but there hasn’t been any packages delivered here in the past 2 weeks! Terrible service

Mailed 5/28 and when I checked today it's still not delivered! Shameful! It cost $4.30 to send 1.40 ounce ✉️ letter! I might add I was told it would be delivered by June 1 st!

Shows package but will not tell when it scedualed delivery date is which is why I was looking so no help at all.waste of time

Updating could improve but overall I'm happy with being able to view the progress of my package location.
