it doesn't explain why the package wasn't delivered or what happened to the package

Come on!! I mailed my package on 525 from New Orleans and it was supposed to get to Nashville by 527 8 PM… Today is 530 and it’s still somewhere in transit in Nashville I paid $12.45 for this terrible service. I have a good man to go and get some money back from the post office

I think usps should do some hiring ppl that will do the job they get paid to do Our post office doesn’t even have a supervisor and when you go in to send mail you don’t see anyone and that post office needs to be cleaned and put a supervisor in there someone that knows what there job is and can do the job our usps here is a high price joke

I pay for fast shipping it’s supposed to arrive in three is almost two weeks and my family haven’t received the parcel, very disappointed.

I had a package mailed from England around April 8th. My package has been in Chicago since April 11th. It continues to say it's preparing for shipment. . It's been 47 days in Chicago. Can't talk to nobody on the phone. It's all automated. Post office here in town says they can't do anything. It's in customs. Ridiculous. I don't know what to do.

Very bad, I'm always missing something like a package or just a letter. And my post office makes excuses for the mailman, like he's got so many people to deliver to. That's not a good excuse, my mailman lost a package of jewelry worth $130.00. I live at 193 and the package said 194 but the 2 mailboxes are 4 inches apart, my name was clearly written on the package. And I was told that they only look at the address, not the name??? Hello!!! Have we all been writing our names on our mail all theses years for nothing? How can you not look at the name when it's right on the package???. He's a nice guy and all, b

The postal service does a wonderful job. I'm so grateful for all they do. I have a local post mistress who is fantastic. Thank all of you for the hard work!
