I never refused any of my parcels I sit at home I'm here 24/7 my medications are to be delivered to me and now I've got a UPS driver that can't figure out where to drive it and deliver it to I am here I have never refused any of my packages

Why would a pkg go from Washington to California then back to Washington. So dumb.

I'm waiting on medications from the veterans administration in the same town and here it is 4 days layer and still no idea where my meds are anything this government has its hands in is a terrible failure, what is wrong with this picture can send billions of dollars to some corrupt country but can't get a package mailed from down the street, WTF I mean really where does the trillions of tax dollars really going

I'm just so disappointed with the USPS I didn't realize how bad there overnight service was and is. If I had seen all these negative reviews first I would have gone through UPS or FedEx. This was also an Emergency mailing to my daughter. So upsetting. I did call customer service and open a case for investigation but the woman I spoke with didn't seem to really care much about the importance of my package.

Package is days late. Tracking shows no results. Tracking says wait 10 minutes and check again.....I've been waiting going on 3 days. And they wonder why fedex and ups are kicking their asses in the business. Maybe you should try going back to pony express, maybe then you'd actually get something done right.

Unacceptable my package should have arrived by now a month is too long stuff like this need to be reported on every News Channel

So like all other packages I try to ship overnight it never works. If I could give 0 stars I would still choose to pick -5 stars

My package says it is out for delivery but I checked the map and it's just setting there

Parcel was last scanned on Friday May 20 at Glendale Az. Today is May 25 . Where is the package?? Call the 800 number. They tell me that the package was scanned on May 20 at Glendale Az. Brilliant!!!!! Has taken 5 days to go nowhere!! Pony express was faster AND cheaper!! What a crock!!!

I try not to order from businesses that only offer USPS, we all know its a joke. Unfortunately, I didn't didn't have a choice in a recent purchase. Now it's been sitting in a a facility 4 states away for the last 5 days. ??‍♂️

Terrible Paid 30 dollars for overnight delivery 3 days later still not delivered & USPS stated Not My Problem cant do anything about it

Notification said my package was delivered, on Sunday May 22nd. Monday May 23rd, still no sight of the package, only to find on Wednesday it was delivered to a complete different building and address. And I had to discover the package was left somewhere else by asking around on my block. When I finally got it from the person whom it was delivered to,My package was already opened. This is unacceptable. When it's not your package. It's your mail being delivered at someone else address. This is unacceptable.
