According to the tracking number it was supposed to have been delivered to my apartment on April 27 at 13:51 pm

I mailed my income tax check April 9th certified mail before the deadline because I owe money!! It was sitting in the Opa locka distribution center for days, it is now on the move hopefully to its intended address the IRS. The post office is sorry, and its because the new, younger generation does not want to do an honest days work for an honest days pay, not to mention they wanna be on their phone 24/7, just look around. Large business should ban the use of phones!! SO SAD this institution is crumbling before our very eyes!!

Their service is terrible. I receive damaged packages quite often. I'm talking busted open so the contents are visible. My last package went back and forth across the country before it finally got to me over a week late. Now I'm waiting for my latest and it's been delayed. Disgusting.

Been waiting over 4 days for a package for mom's birthday. Still in transit in Wisconsin and I'm pretty sure it won't come in time.

How can i believe usps taking our money and keep our packages as ransom or throw it away like a trash?

Never again USPS for packages.

I'm suppose to get a package since the 25th April at9;00 It's now the 29th April at 6:26 and I'm still waiting

Piss poor excuse for a business

On 4/29/24 at 9:44a We sent out my husband's medicare payment via priority mail.The parcel was also insured as well as return receipt. We ve been checking the transit of the package it is still according to the website sitting in the office. We go overthere and we ate told there is nothing they can do to locate the package.On their tracking app they don t update it.We were then told that they haven't been doing that in awhile as it is being streamlined. We sent another package this morning to medicare with the data and a copy of the bank check...checked to see if this package has been logged in other than the drop off point.Nothong!!!No notation no nothing...the inital package was supposed to be there by 4/23...still hasn t arrived...and we pay for this service priority mail....

I'm going to check my package and it says it's already arrived and they have an employee who won't let anyone in until he finishes. There are people who have to wait for urgent letters and packages that have been waiting for a long time and your employee tells them no. can come in, it seems disrespectful to me because no one has all day to wait for him to finish his work because other people have to work, it's also in the Davenport 33897 area, it seems disrespectful to me that he has to wait when I'm waiting. a package has been important for a while, the cart id is 0326099

Again, to call their service "dismal" would be a compliment. "Priority" mail has been sitting in Ft Worth for 5 days. I could walk from Ft Worth to Baton Rouge in 5 days.

Very bad service, my order never arrived. According to what it says, they delivered it to an individual, no one in the house signed for that delivery. They should have more responsibility when delivering and do it in a more secure way. They should leave everything in the mailbox with a code and under lock and key so that only the person to whom it is addressed can access the order, not leaving it on the stairs portal, much less delivering it to anyone who says it is theirs.

I listened to the Grand finalist of the annual liers club association.these employees have a made up on the spot lie ,like a man about to meet his maker seconds before the floor drop away; wrong person wasted,lgaveup listening to these type of people since the end of my eight year tour in1976.
