USPS reviews

Third time now having delivery issues, not happy especially when you pay extra for services to ensure delivery and expeditiously. USPS needs to step it up for customers. Still waiting for delivery that was shipped out o er a week ago and when I track it, doesn’t even give a delivery date. Items were for an event tonight. ?

My package has been setting in the same spot (in transit) since Wednesday the 4th.

So impressed! I dropped off my package at Chester, CA at 1:00 and it got to my Napa destination at 10:30 the next day. Well done.

I mailed a package on the 13th and it was delivered the next morning as promised! Good job USPS!!!!

USPS is the absolute worst. I have no idea why people still ship through them. Was suppose to receive a package on the 8th and here it is the 14th and it appears to be lost. I consistently get other people's mail that live across town and there's no accountability on their part. For what they charge you would think they could hire competent people but then again they are the government.

Most days are good. It is the others I hate. Especially when I am waiting on that item to make a profit!

So far I'm very disappointed especially paying $53 for it to be over nighted both ways and the package is just sitting there in Nevada in a PO box. I should of went with Fed Ex, I'll remember that from now on when I need something important to happen. I'm very unsatisfied!

Took 10 days to get from WY to CA for international, next time its fedex. Not worth the $25 for 13 5 oz. Dissapointment

My package was stuck in a virtual loop, sent on May 6th and even still on May 14th everyday I get a text alert saying it just shipped out. I have NEVER received the signature card and I have no way to ensure the package made it! Tacky and unreliable! Very UNHAPPY ?!

Not very informative about my package but we will see ....

Mail shouldve been delivered 5/13/2022 Why do you charge fees if the mail is going regular mail

Prices to expensive for slow delivery.
