have a question Why are you transporting my package that has to go to Garfield KY with the number RR821366746DE from Louisville KY to London KY then to Knoxville TN back to London KY .... and today it's back in knoxville TN ....Louisville KY to Garfield KY is only 50 miles .... but my package has expired Louisville has already traveled more than 600 miles...and still hasn't arrived at the recipient

Show when they say 3-5 days shipping am I supposed to times 3 x 5 because it’s been 15 days almost 2 days it’s been sitting three hours away for me come on

Terrible service order parts on may the third still have not received them it is may 2/9/2022 would not recommend nothing to be shipped by this company same service as FedEx both are Terrible and a joke thanks a lot its better to pay more to get the shipper you want

Packages never get dilivered on time and its a toss up if it comes to your address... mail people cant read names or addresses..to many streets here that are close in names. Brookmont, brookway , brookview , ect

Service is ridiculously slow. Costs are crazy high. Staff can’t answer questions. Delivery time is ridiculously long.
