My parcel which was to be delivered by USPS still missing. Received all others from different couriers e.g. DHL thank you for delivery. USPS where is my parcel of blue light Dolce perfume. Track # 9400111107986815628315????

I ordered something on the 16th of April and it has yet to be delivered and I haven’t gotten any updates and I have two different tracking addresses locations

4/22/34 - Paid for overnight mail from Houston TX to NY, scheduled to arrive Tuesday 4/24/24 is just being delivered today Friday 4/26/24

Worst courier, shows my parcel from Shein track # 9400111107986815628315 as delivered, but unfortunately I never received, no phone call, not in letter box

This service was disgraceful!! A birthday card mailed from South Central Illinois on 4/13/24 just finally arrived in SE Iowa today 4/26. Birthday was on 4/16, I thought it would surely get there on time. It went to St Louis, then, Des Moines, then, Arkansas, then, back to Des Moines, then, to Denver, then, back to St. Louis, then to Des Moines, and finally distributed to Southeast Iowa. This is pitiful. The USPS better get their act together. For what we pay, they are not cutting it!

I would never use this again ...the postal service has nothing but went down hill. My goodness I will be using another way ... of doing business

Very poor service. A package was mailed to me on 4/10/24 and, probably, today 4/26/24 is going to be deliver to my PO BOX.

If you had a package that arrived empty that’s awful BUT - I send packages frequently overseas and I always add insurance!! Smart thing to do.

me too, mailed pkg. Certified. 3/26 for delivery 3/28. No response. Sent to storage. Waiting for return 4/26. Nada. Went to post office, told takes time. Going on 4/29 try to put a trace. We'll see. Why pay extra for service.

Sent certified letters to family with legal information requiring notification/signature. Didn't receive return signature slip for some. 3 letters stopped updating tracking after several days and were considered lost or stuck in a warehouse after 21 days. Had to resend them and 1 made it after 3 days. Hopefully, the others make it this time. Don't send the originals of important documents through the post office. They may be lost forever.

The United States Postal Service are pigs. You should be sued. Nobody does their job. You're rude, you're arrogant. You take people's money. You did not do what you're supposed to do. I'm not paying you one more time now. You need to find these and you need to find them now. These were going to the I. Rs and you screwed up again. Don't try put it on me because these are the exact addresses. The IRS gave me. This is the United States postal services fault again. You're stupid idiots

The United States Postal Service is horrible.I mailed out 2 packages to the I.Rs stamped certified return receipt on April 15th.The one was returned to me saying forwarding time expired.The other one still cannot be found and it's 10 days later The USPS needs to be Sued !

Absolutely. Horrible. I mailed 2 sets of IRS tax returns. Certified return receipt stamped on April 15th. One to be delivered by April 18th won't be delivered by April 19th. The one came back to me saying, forwarding time expired and the other 1 they're saying, as of April 20th, which is 5 days ago. They don't know where it is.
