It says arriving on time. On time where? A regional center? What is that? What are the next steps? When will I receive my package? Is this service a joke? It provides no useful information

Great tracking info

I ordered off amazon and my package is supposed to be here at 9pm, it is currently 8:17pm and its not even out for delivery.

It's a government funded, at taxpayer expense, entity. Fed ex is more reliable and that ain't saying much.

Pd. $20, going 1200 mi shipped wed 4/27, anticipated arrival 2022-05-04, still in transit. Next time I'll send one using a co. with only 1 's' in the name.

Slow and unreliable. Hate having to use USPS..

USPS is really unethical poor service you pay for express, overnight, next day service but your package never arrived on time. And the worst part is that they never reimburse the customer so sad.

I still don't understand where's my package... Make this less complicated.

Several things lately have taken days longer than stated - with one package disappearing in the system entirely. Was expecting a package 5/1-2 for a gift on the 3rd. Checked last night and it noted that “the customer requested that the package at the held at the PO,” which is absolute BS. I went to the post office and did the tracking again, it it said it was delivered to the residence this morning 5/4. Went home - not there. Went to the office where I live and it had been delivered there this morning. But USPS says they need more federal money to stay afloat. Please, just let them sink.

Want to see your 2-day shipping increase to 7 days - assuming you actually get it? Watch the tracking and see where it was handed off to the USPS. That’s where the frustration. I was expecting a package on 5/2 for a gift. Today is 5/4 and the package appears stuck in Albuquerque NM. A recent package - sent “priority mail,” went from Houston, to Ft Worth to my town, and back to Ft Worth. That’s where the tracking ends. The firm that sent it had to duplicate the package and resend it. And now the USPS wants more federal $ to continue operating. Let it die. UPS, FedEx and others will get the job done.

Just so pathetic! It's no use paying for insurance and tracking when the item takes months to arrive and goes halfway round the world before it arrives if it even does! There is no updated information on the USPS tracking site either. The last update on our shipment was weeks ago!! Disgusting! No service at all!!!

Am learning to navigate the system but USPS are remarkably on point with the service, keep it up!.

Very slow at the post office many times the lines back out through the door because they sonder around, slow to process mail, often lose the mail, do not regularly update tracking information!
