Still wondering why a package mailed Dec. 13 of 2020 is still in transit in May of 2022? Priority Mail insurance is just a joke. There's no way one can jump through all the hoops and have saved everything needed in order to actually collect. BEWARE of that added "free" service included with priority mail.

If it wasn't tied in with the government, it would be out of business. Like someone said before, Memphis is absolutely disgraceful. I have had more than dozen items disappear over the last couple of years. Some show up a month or two later while others are never found.

Paid $27 for overnight from Florida to Charlotte NC. They got it to within 1 hour away in 24 hours then sent to to Washington DC and then back to Charlotte still don’t have it……..waste of money never again

Loss my package and the so called insurance denied my payment. I lost $ 310.00 on my return.

Overnight means overnight, not three day delivery. This is the third package sent to me. The first two were NEVER delivered and the third still hasn't arrived. This as been a one month ordeal. In my opinion, the US Postal Service should be dissolved and replaced with a publicly held corporation.

First the tracking number was not found. Now a week later it shows and is up for delivery tomorrow at 12 we'll see.

I was to receive a pkg from a online order which they do two day shipping.I made the order on 4/16/22 its now may 1st no pkg and when I go to track says still waiting on pkg what the hell come on I need my pkg like yesterday
