Why would a Package go all the way to California and supposed to go Virginia and in California then to Virginia there's no excuse for this to happen

Very poor service 3rd time I paid for overnight shipping never got there on time n I'm getting the run around to get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always accurate & fabulous service

They sent a small, regular package - phone sized bubble envelope, which was sent from Indiana to Tennessee, by way of Texas and New Mexico!! A total triangle out of the way when a short straight line works. No wonder no one likes using USPS anymore. It's ridiculous!!

Love this app. Best thing the Post Office has come up with in recent time. Map the route function is fascinating. Their logistics is amazing! Champlain NY, Springfield Mass, Atlanta, Chicago, delivery a day early. Nice!
