I absolutely love that it tells you exactly where your purchases is and if there is a Delay they also tell you. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone.

Sent package 4/21/22. Was told it would take 2 days. Never arrived. Put in tracking number & said it was just sent out 4/25/22.

Drove by house sun at 120 pm said no access to property because of animal was out on side patio watched him drive right by such liars didn't even stop

Anytime my parcel goes to Smyrna, TN it somehow disappears. I suggest you make an investigation on packages disappearing.

Huge problems with customer service, customer service supervisors, damaged packages, mail carriers playing games parking in the fire lane and infrastructure of handicapped ramps even after formal complaints, attitudes with employees many times at various post offices, games at higher escalated levels above supervisors etc. Horrific issues.

Lost my priority mail package valued at $300 sent for my son's 40th b-day gift. Tracking says package never left the post office where I mailed it. Bunch of thieves working there!

No mail is delivered to my home so I have to pay $64 a year for a box. USPS is Snail-Mail. I think I will go paperless and use UPS, FedEx, and DHL. At least they are careful and on time. I've had quite enough of customer "No Service."

Not dependable at all. Especially if they actually say they will deliver on a Sunday. That is always a lie.

When are you ever going to deliver my certified mail. 70210950000040638995 seems to be waiting somewhere because someone is not doing their job. I sent my certified mail on 4/3/22. Is this how you treat everyone? Very poor business practice. Worst service ever!!!!!
