How does a package take 4 days to deliver from Englewood postal service to deliver to me living in Englewood????

Certified mail sent on 4/08 was still in my state on 4/22. Our local P.O. was sympathetic but 100% useless both times I requested help so I spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer support opening an inquiry. Not surprisingly, refunds are not given.

My package got to the destination fast !The tracking # is a great feature!I wish it was a little less expensive but for 20 cents more my package was delivered in 1 day ! Kim (Postal employee ) was thorough ,knowledgeable and friendly at the Mesa PO on University & Lindsay .I'll be back ! Thanks!

I was told my package would be arriving by 4/22 it's 4/22 and it's not even close. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had until 4/22 to return if not satisfied with the product yet I wait to receive it.
