Very slow on recording procession of item travel.

I sent out a package to where my receipt states its delivery is to be 4/12. It is 4/15 and all the website says it is in transit.

Where's my guaranteed delivery that I very much needed????? In another state still. Great job peeps! Fail!

If you're trying for a new failure record you have succeeded. This week you have lost 4 packages for me that's 4 out of 4 packages.

Last April 9, 2022 I send 4 packages from the USPS in San Germán, Puerto Rico (00683) to El Paso,Texas (79936), Flat Rate, expected due 04/13/2022. Three of the pack arrived 04/11/2022. One last pack (9505 5105 4658 2099 4028 27 arrived at the expected date of arrival (04/13/2022)...but with a sticker from the El,Paso Post Office that apparently the package was open on route. An item was broken inside. Although it is insured and I have the post office slip. I wrote just FYI and F/U. Your service always is top 1 for me. Thanks Julio A. Poor service lost two insured packages , difficult to contact USPS assistance

The packages are often left at other tennants' doors. Instructions are to leave packages on the back porch, but most of the time they are left in plain view for general foot traffic on the front steps of my neighbors' apartments, not even my apartment for that matter. USPS notifies 'delivered", but parcel was not delivered and so have to call my post office, do "detective" work to figure out where exactly my packages are. It is frusturating, worrisome. I appreciate the fact that USPS has gone through allot of issues in the past few+ years, but it is the federal institution, that we suppose to be able to trust.

Don't get some packages and mail on time. Very expensive to send or ship anything!!!

I have had several packages that I shipped broken. Buyers informed me the packages were thrown and Broken. Sorry!
