Prompt and accurate

I've sent Express Mail from Los Angeles to Madison, WI and Durham, NC recently and each arrived one day late, so I'll get the postage back. At least they made it, but the postal service can't make money this way and my brother-in-law's 75th birthday gift missed his birthday.

I have almost always had good service! The Post Office has hard working people.

Worse. Lost package. Cant solve the problem. Not going use usps ever again

When trump got in and destroy a great system. It has been down hill ever since. You need to get that pos out of control. Get a new board. Usps has went down hill so bad.

Lost same package 2x now and still waiting a week later

21 days on a package from Ill. to me Louisiana still no one @ postal service has a clue

A 1 because won't let u choose 0. Everytime they deliver my package they give to neighbor after putting mail in my box, last package they claim they tried to deliver they never even tried I have cameras and they never even delivered mail yesterday to anyone in the neighborhood. Then they won't tell me what postoffice it's at

package sent to MN from AZ got there in record time estimated Mon got there Sat morning 2 days exactly WOW was my grandson happy to get his quilt I made him.

The worst delivery experience. My item is (supposedly) in Chicago for the past 10 days. Little to no information from vendor. I wasn't even aware I was ordering from India.

Absolutely rude service at Red Hill, Pa location. The women at the front desk acts like waiting on a customer is a burden. I can't believe she has not been removed from her position. A lot of older folks use this facility and they do not deserve this type of treatment.

Mailed package on 4/02/22 to go from RI to MD and it's still not there on 4/9. Really great service. It only takes about 7 hours by car. What is the USPS doing, besides charging higher rates?

Paid certified 2-day priority. Day five now. Two days ago shows left from Memphis facility and in transit. Destination is nearby city to Memphis.
